Description[Ida Noyes Hall was dedicated on June 5, 1916 as part of the Quarter-Centennial celebration. Under the direction of Lucine French, a Masque of Youth allegory titled "The Gift" was performed in the Women's Quadrangles. The order of the Masque was as follows: The Spirit of Gothic Architecture, The Gothic Characters, Alma Mater and the Persons of the Masque, Youth, The Lake, The Cloud and Rain, The Sun Chariot, The Moon, The Harvesters, The Treaders, The Contestants of the Olympic Games, The Dancers of a Persian Romance, The Spirit of Worship, Knowledge, The City, and The Cycle of Youth.]
